HortPass is operated by Contenza K/S, Holmgade 8, 6430 Nordborg, Denmark (CVR 43349023). By buying or using a HortPass course you agree to these terms.

What you buy

A personal, non-transferable licence to use the course you paid for (Unit 1, Unit 2, or both) for 12 months from the date of purchase. The price is shown at checkout in pounds sterling.

Your account

You sign in with a secure link sent to your email address. Keep access to your email private; the course is for your own study only. Please don't share your login, videos or handouts. We may suspend accounts that are shared or used to copy content.

Content

All lessons, videos, questions, model answers and handouts are © HortPass. You may print handouts for your own revision. HortPass is an independent resource and is not affiliated with the Royal Horticultural Society. We update content when the specification changes; we may improve or reorganise lessons during your access period.

Cancellation and refunds

See our refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the course accurate, but we cannot guarantee any exam result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
