Refund policy

14-day cancellation right

You can cancel a purchase within 14 days for a full refund, as long as you have not started accessing the paid course. Because the course is digital content, at checkout we ask you to agree that access starts immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once you begin. This follows the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the equivalent EU consumer rules.

If something is wrong

If a lesson doesn't work or isn't as described, tell us through the help form and we will fix it. If we can't, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under your consumer rights (in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

How refunds are paid

To the card you paid with, within 14 days of our agreeing the refund.
